Alcohol: 13.5% ABV

Tasting Note: An intense violet red colour with glints of ruby. Cherries, raspberries and ripe plums on the palate, with rounded tannins highlighting the characteristic intensity of the varietal, followed by a long, pleasant finish.

Vinification: Selection and destemming of grapes is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks alternating between extraction, racking, delestage and pisage for 7 to 10 days at controlled temperature. Aged in concrete tanks.
