Tasting Note: Well balanced with a very approachable fruit driven style, ripe summer fruit with warming spice and clean structured finish.
Vinification: Entire berry fermentation takes place in small concrete vats, over 7 days at 25°C, four pump overs a day. Undergoes malolactic fermentation and natural cold stabilization, no oak contact.

Patria Nueva Reserve Chardonnay
Blend: 100% Chardonnay
Location: Central Valley
Altitude: 500 masl
Alcohol: 13.5% ABV
Tasting Note: White fruit with soft notes of vanilla, coconut and caramel. Round and smooth on the palate with a long finish.
Vinification: Fermented with commercial yeast selected, the method is semi oxidative and contact with French oak, with aeration at the end of fermentation. Aged on its lees in stainless steel vats for 2 months before bottling.

Chacabuco Viognier
Blend: 100% Viognier
Location: Maipú and La Consulta (Uco Valley), Mendoza

Araucano Humo Blanco Organic Sauvignon Blanc
Blend: 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Organic and from Biodynamic certified vineyards

Tasting Note: A fine nose of limes, nectarine and white flowers moves to an elegant and refined palate. The acidity is fresh but balanced with a slightly honeyed texture. Lemon, limes and exotic fruits all appear on the long and pleasing finish.
Vinification: Following a 6 hour maceration the wine is fermented for 8 days at cool temperatures. The wine is then aged on its fine lees for 3-5 months.

Food Match: This will pair very well with pan seared scallops served with a lime sauce and fresh rocket.
Malbicho Malbec
Blend: 100% Malbec
Location: Uco Valley, Mendoza

Tasting Note: A great Argentinian Malbec offering aromas of red fruits and plums alongside floral and subtle, toasty vanilla notes; medium bodied in the mouth, the style here is soft, juicy and very well balanced with delicious red and dark berried fruits to the fore.
Vinification: 50% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for three months.

505 Chardonnay
Blend: 100% Chardonnay
Location: Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza
Altitude: 900-960 M.A.S.L.

Tasting Note: The nose has a great aromatic expression of tropical fruit with a stony minerality to the fore. The palate shows good acidity a rounded, creamy texture, rich character to the fruit and a crisp finish.
Vinification: Grapes go through a manual selection of bunches before gentle pressing and fermentation is carried out in stainless steel, using selected yeasts at low temperatures to preserve and enhance the aromatic complexity. Malolactic fermentation does not occur.

Food Match: Perfect as an aperitif but equally delicious with fish and Asian food.
Cuvee El Camino
Blend: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Carménère
Location: Colchagua Valley
Alcohol: 14.5% ABV
Tasting Note: This wine has a nice ruby red colour. On the nose it has a lot of fruit intensity such as raspberries and cherries, mixed with light notes of cedar and spices from its aging. In the mouth it is soft but with a good tannic structure. Elegant and complex with good persistence.
Vinification: Bunches were selected, followed by a cold soaking of 4 days at 8°C. Then fermentation for three weeks and maceration for 10 days. Aging for 10 months in used French oak barrels to impart subtle aromas and flavours of oak that serve to complement the fruit Character of the wine and the expression of the terroir from which it comes.

Viña Salort Reserve Albariño
Blend: 85% Albarino, 15% Chardonnay
Location: Canelones
Alcohol: 13.5% ABV
Tasting Note: Classic Albariño aromas predominate with herbal notes intertwined with stone fruits and citrus; textural and rounded on the palate with a little grip on the finish and rich, flavoursome fruit cut through with refreshing acidity.
Vinification: Grapes are pressed, and the resulting must is transported into stainless-steel tanks at a temperature between 8°C and 12°C. Fermentation proceeds through the addition of selected yeasts.

Santa Alba Reserve Pinot Noir

Tasting Note: Cherries, wild berries and a note of cinnamon smoke all appear on the alluring and inviting nose of this Pinot Noir. The palate is elegant and has just a touch of weight, fine smoky tannins, dark cherries covered in chocolate and vanilla ice cream can all be found in this superbly crafted wine.
Vinification: The wine is in contact with American oak for 4 months.

Food Match: This wine will pair well with a variety of foods; try it with a rack of lamb as the sweet oak notes and wild fruit will work wonderfully with the sweet and herby meat flavours.
Los Haroldos Estate Blend
Blend: 60% Malbec, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon & 15% Petit Verdot
Location: La Consulta, San Carlos, Uco Valley, Mendoza

Alcohol: 14% ABV
Tasting Note: Predominance of black fruits with hints of green tobacco, chocolate and spice. Well integrated tannins, ripe black fruits and a good acidity lead to a long rewarding finish.
Vinification: The wine is aged for 6 months in American oak barriques.
