Fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 25Β°C and 28Β°C. Malolactic fermentation in tanks. 40% of the wine is aged in American oak barriques (second and third use) for 6 months.

Tasting Note: Beautiful rose-pink colour. The nose is truly inviting, packed as it is with red fruits like strawberry and cherry. The exuberant fruit continues on the palate, highlighted by a creamy mousse. Fresh and flavoursome with an intense mid-palate and moreish finish.
Vinification Process: Macerated for 2 hours and then fermented, without any additions, for 22 days. The wine is racked and bottled at the very end of fermentation so it completes the process in the bottle.

Vinification Process: Spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and unrefined. Racked twice in the last quarter moon. The Muscat is macerated for 15 days, and the other components are pressed directly.

Vinification Process: Grapes are directly pressed, then spontaneous fermentation occurs in concrete tanks. In the final stages of fermentation, the temperature is lowered and the wine is racked and bottled. Fermentation is completed in the bottle over approximately 20 days. The wine is unfiltered and unfined.

Vinification Process: 5% of whole clusters. 7 days maceration and fermentation without any additions. At the end of the fermentation, pressing and racking, aging takes place in concrete tanks. Racked twice in quarter moon, to clean the wine naturally.

Vinification Process: Fermentation in concretes tank with subsequent passage through 80% American oak and 20% French oak for 3 or 4 months, subject to tasting
