Conejo Verde White Blend

Blend: Viognier 50%, Sauvignon Blanc 30%, Torrontés 20% Location: Uco Valley, Mendoza Altitude: 900 M.A.S.L. Alcohol: 12.5% ABV Tasting Note: At sight, it has a pleasant pale yellow color with greenish tones. On the nose, floral notes, white fruits, citrus and herbaceous notes are combined. On the palate, fresh sensations, good balance and tension, with a long and persistent finish. Vinification: Whole clusters are pressed in pneumatic presses. This is followed by static cold settling and fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Wines are made separately ahead of careful blending, followed by 3 months’ ageing on lees. Vegetarian: Yes Vegan: Yes Food Match: Ideal to accompany fish, shellfish, soft cheeses and light pastas.

Conejo Verde Malbec

Blend: 100% Malbec Location: Luján de Cuyo & Uco Valley, Mendoza Altitude: 900 M.A.S.L. Alcohol: 13.5% ABV Tasting Note: An intense violet red colour with glints of ruby. Cherries, raspberries and ripe plums on the palate, with rounded tannins highlighting the characteristic intensity of the varietal, followed by a long, pleasant finish. Vinification: Selection and destemming of grapes is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks alternating between extraction, racking, delestage and pisage for 7 to 10 days at controlled temperature. Aged in concrete tanks. Vegetarian: Yes Vegan: Yes Food Match: Grilled meats, pasta and risotto.

Chacabuco Malbec Rosado

Blend: 100% Malbec Location: Tupungato, Uco Valley, Mendoza Altitude: 1,100 M.A.S.L. Alcohol: 13.5% ABV Tasting Note: A bright nose of strawberries and cherries. The palate is creamy but light and refreshing with plenty of red fruit and just a delicate hint of sweetness. Vinification: This wine is unoaked. Vegetarian: Yes Vegan: No Food Match: Given the fresh and fruit driven nature of this wine it works wonderfully on its own or with light summery salads.

Blend: 100% Torrontes Location: Los Alamos, Maipú, Mendoza Alcohol: 12.5% ABV Tasting Note: A nose of peach, apricot and honeysuckle moves to a dry palate with passion fruit, honeyed lemon and orchard fruits. Well balanced and rounded. Vinification: Stainless steel fermentation, no oak. Vegetarian: Yes Vegan: No Food Match: Perfect with oven baked salmon or tagine with lemon and herbs. Great accompaniment to Asian foods, particularly Thai.

Los Haroldos Estate Blend

Blend: 60% Malbec, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon & 15% Petit Verdot Location: La Consulta, San Carlos, Uco Valley, Mendoza Altitude: 1,100 M.A.S.L. Alcohol: 14% ABV Tasting Note: Predominance of black fruits with hints of green tobacco, chocolate and spice. Well integrated tannins, ripe black fruits and a good acidity lead to a long rewarding finish. Vinification: The wine is aged for 6 months in American oak barriques. Vegetarian: Yes Vegan: No Food Match: This wine is complex and so needs food of equal quality. It will pair very well with slow roasted venison and autumn vegetables.

Blend: 70% Chardonnay & 30% Sauvignon Blanc Location: Agrelo, Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza Altitude: 900 M.A.S.L. Alcohol: 12.5% ABV Tasting Note: A fresh nose of citrus fruit, peaches and acacia moves to a lively and fresh palate. This has a soft mousse and certain creaminess in the texture but is filled with bright, citrus, stone and tropical fruits. Vinification: This wine is produced using the Charmat method. Vegetarian: Yes Vegan: No Food Match: Serve with smoked salmon and horseradish crème on toasted brioche.

Los Haroldos Reserve Cabernet Franc

Blend: 100% Cabernet Franc Location: Campo de Los Andes, Tunuyan, Uco Valley, Mendoza Altitude: 1,100 M.A.S.L. Alcohol: 14.5% ABV Tasting Note: Leafy fruit and peppery notes on the perfumed nose with sweet fruit and good freshness. Ripe fruits and fresh racy acidity on the palate finishing with a little tannic grip and sweet black and red fruit Vinification: Bunch selection in the vineyard. Fermentation and maceration for 8 days. Maceration post-fermentation for 7 days. 100% Malolactic fermentation. 70% of the wine is aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels, 30% in first fill French oak Vegetarian: Yes Vegan: Yes Food Match: Grilled game, exotic meats, steak, miso-grilled aubergines

Los Haroldos Gran Corte

Blend: 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 10% Malbec, 10% Bonarda, 5% Petit Verdot, 5% Syrah, 5% Tannat Location: Uco Valley, Mendoza Altitude: 800-1200 MASL Alcohol: 14.5% ABV Tasting Note: An exceptional Gran Corte, which displays an intense ruby red colour. The nose offers aromas of great complexity revealing notes of sweet spices, black pepper, dried figs and dried fruits, interwoven with notes of vanilla and cedar provided by the oak; on the palate, initial sweet fruit moving to savoury complexity is refreshed by a pleasant and balanced acidity, with firm and robust tannins giving way to a long and very persistent finish. Vinification: Each of the varieties was vinified separately with pre-fermentative cold maceration for 5 days at 8°C degrees, in stainless steel tanks. Maximum fermentation temperature of 30°C degrees for 28 days. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts. 100% Malolactic Fermentation. Vegetarian: Yes Vegan: Yes Food Match: Recommended to accompany grilled red meats, lamb, game, stews, or strong cheeses.
