Tasting Note: Deep red with purple highlights. Complex on the nose, with notes of jam, ripe figs and dried dark fruits. Gentle on the palate with juicy tannins and a long finish.
Vinification: Pre-fermentation maceration for 72 hours in stainless steel tanks. Total maceration of between 15 and 24 days, with fermentation temperatures of up to 28°C. 50% of the wine is aged in French and American oak for 12 months and 50% in concrete tanks.
