Tasting Note: Malbec is the maximum expression of this variety in our terroir, displaying its typical aromas of mature fruit, plums, raisins and violets, with full-bodied. Full body, rounded tannins and a savoury finish.

Vinification: Entire berry fermentation takes place in small concrete vats, over 7 days at 25°C, four pump overs a day. Undergoes malolactic fermentation and natural cold stabilization, no oak contact.
