Vinification: Grapes sourced from old vines in Vista Flores. Cold maceration for 72 hours in stainless steel, followed by fermentation for a maximum of 24 days not exceeding a temperature of 28°C. Full malolactic fermentation. Aging takes placed in 70% new French & American oak barrels for 12-14 months

Los Haroldos Reserve Malbec

Location: 70 year old vineyards in La Consulta, San Carlos, Uco Valley, Mendoza

Tasting Note: Deep black fruit, raisins and toast. This is a very well structured wine with firm tannins and refreshing acidity, toasty cedar notes mingle well with bramble fruit and dark cherries. A long and complex finish.
Vinification: The wine is aged for 10 months in French oak barriques.

Food Match: This wine is rich, complex and concentrated and so needs food of equal quality. It will pair very well with slow roasted venison and autumn vegetables.
Piedra Negra Arroyo Grande Organic Jackot
Blend: 100% Friulano
Location: IG Los Chacayes, Uco Valley, Mendoza

Tasting Note: Fresh aromas of lime and herbs on the nose with nut kernel; a creamy and textural palate which shows lovely refreshment and complexity and a touch of oak on the finish.
Vinification: Hand harvest. Direct pressing, without the use of pumps, natural clarification of the must by cold settling. Fermentation 70% in stainless steel tanks and 30% in 2nd use wine barrels, at low temperature (14 to 17 oC) with selected yeasts. Aged on fine lees for 3 months in concrete eggs with weekly bâtonnage to give it body and volume in the mouth. 30% of the wine goes into 2nd use barrels for 6 to 8 months.

Single Vineyard Agrelo Lauren Cabernet Franc

Tasting Note: Bright purple colour with red hues; profound varietal expression on the nose with rich red and black fruits alongside capsicum; smooth, balanced and rich on the palate, with expansive flavours complemented by tobacco and spice. Powerful and structured but all in balance.
Vinification: Hand harvest, clusters were taken to the winery for further exacting selection of only the best quality grapes. Pre-fermentation cold maceration followed by fermentation in concrete vats. Gentle manual extraction to preserve the most delicate aromas and flavours of the Cabernet Franc grape. Aging in new and second use French oak barrels for 12 months.

La Despensa Boutique Cinsault Blend

Tasting Note: Fresh, very fruit-forward, extremely easy-drinking. Notes of raspberry and strawberry from the Cinsault and Pais, and hints of tropicality from the white Roussanne and Marsanne.
Vinification: Hand-picked grapes. Native yeast ferments in a mix of stainless steel tank and open-top bins. 14 days from picking to pressing, no extended maceration. Aged for 5 months in stainless steel, then Flextanks and used oak barrels.

Alma Gemela Carignan
Blend: 100% Carignan

Tasting Note: Aromas of dark and ripe red fruit with a black mineral nuances and spice. Medium-bodied wine, brightly-fruited, resonant and elegant with a long finish.
Vinification: Manual harvest. Alcoholic fermentation in small bins and concrete egg at low temperature with native yeasts. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. 20% whole clusters.

Humo Blanco L'Atelier Naranjo
Blend: 47.5% Sauvignon Blanc, 47.5% Chardonnay, 5% Viognier

Alcohol: 13.5% ABV
Tasting Note: Medium intensity yellow colour with a coppery rim. It presents a slight cloudiness due to the fact that it is unfiltered in order to give the most natural expression of the blend. Fruity notes reminiscent of quince, pear and apricot as well as an intense presence of mandarin and orange zest nuanced with aromas of beeswax and a pleasant floral bouquet. Complex on the palate, textured and with structure enhanced by the contribution of the skins, which provide chewy tannins, all supported by good acidity and volume on the palate.
Vinification: Natural fermentation with prolonged skin contact maceration (30% whole cluster and the rest from destemmed grapes). Fermentation takes place in large 600L French oak barrels of over 5 years of age. These are open and positioned vertically for regular treading during fermentation. Once fermentation is complete, the barrels are closed and refilled for storage for 8 months of further maceration. After this period, the wine is separated from its skins and preserved for one month in clay and ceramic amphorae.

Food Match: Pairs well with oily fish and even red meats in sandwiches or fresh preparations. Good match with fugazzetas, a cold meat platter, choripanes, sweetbreads and chinchulines. Malaya (matambre) marinated with mustard, pepper, salt and lemon. It has enough structure and acidity to counterbalance fatty dishes.
Humo Blanco L'Atelier Carménère
Blend: 100% Carménère

Tasting Note: Intense deep purple colour. A showcase for Carménère in its purest form. Fresh profile on the nose with subtle violet, black fruits and cherries intertwined with herbaceous notes that give its character and identity. Further aromas of pepper, boxwood, Chinese ink and licquorice. Bold in the mouth with juiciness and tension from the fresh acidity and structure.
Vinification: Strictly controlled hygienic handling to avoid risk of microbial spoilage. Immediate inoculation with yeasts that allow control of the medium from the outset. Fast and efficient fermentation in stainless steel vats at temperatures between 22 and 24°C. Once the fermentation is finished, the wine is racked and full malolactic fermentation is encouraged. Once this is complete the wine is racked twice more before bottling exactly one month after harvest. No sulphites are added during the vinification process.

Tasting Note: Beautiful rose-pink colour. The nose is truly inviting, packed as it is with red fruits like strawberry and cherry. The exuberant fruit continues on the palate, highlighted by a creamy mousse. Fresh and flavoursome with an intense mid-palate and moreish finish.
Vinification: Macerated for 2 hours and then fermented, without any additions, for 22 days. The wine is racked and bottled at the very end of fermentation so it completes the process in the bottle.

Simple Pet Nat White
Blend: 100% Muscat Ottonel

Tasting Note: Floral lift on the nose with complex spice and notes of rosemary and white peach; fresh on the palate, the acidity driving things along with further herbal, citrus and greengage fruit flavours.
Vinification: Grapes are directly pressed, then spontaneous fermentation occurs in concrete tanks. In the final stages of fermentation, the temperature is lowered and the wine is racked and bottled. Fermentation is completed in the bottle over approximately 20 days. The wine is unfiltered and unfined.

Tasting Note: Generous floral aromas on the nose with complex phenolics. The voluptuous palate offers tropical fruit flavours balanced by refreshingly bright acidity and a little phenolic grip on the finish. Delicious well-chilled.
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and unrefined. Racked twice in the last quarter moon. The Muscat is macerated for 15 days, and the other components are pressed directly.
