



Conejo Verde White Blend
Blend: Viognier 50%, Sauvignon Blanc 30%, Torrontés 20%
Location: Uco Valley, Mendoza
Altitude: 900 M.A.S.L.
Alcohol: 13% ABV
Tasting Note: At sight, it has a pleasant pale yellow color with greenish tones. On the nose, floral notes, white fruits, citrus and herbaceous notes are combined. On the palate, fresh sensations, good balance and tension, with a long and persistent finish.
Vinification: Whole clusters are pressed in pneumatic presses. This is followed by static cold settling and fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Wines are made separately ahead of careful blending, followed by 3 months’ ageing on lees.

Food Match: Ideal to accompany fish, shellfish, soft cheeses and light pastas.
Los Haroldos Estate Malbec
Blend: 100% Malbec
Location: La Consulta, San Carlos, Uco Valley, Mendoza
Altitude: 1,100 M.A.S.L.
Alcohol: 14% ABV
Tasting Note: Ripe red fruits, smoke and chocolate all show on the forward and intense nose. The palate has elegant tannins and subtle acidity that all underpin the brambly fruit, sweet smoke and hint of meatiness.
Vinification: The wine is aged for 6 months in American oak barriques.

Food Match: The smoky elements of this wine will work beautifully with the natural flavours of barbecue (especially wood fired) whilst the deep fruit and secondary characters will compliment red meat very well.
Chateau Subsónico Single Vineyard Malbec
Blend: 100% Malbec
Location: Los Árboles, Tunuyán, Uco Valley, Mendoza
Altitude: 1,100 m.a.s.l
Alcohol: 14.5% ABV
Tasting Note: Fresh on the nose with intense plums and cherries followed by notes of tobacco and chocolate that reveal its aging in oak. On the palate it has good acidity, bold tannins and an invitingly long finish.
Vinification: Fermentation in concrete tanks with native yeasts. Maceration with délestage and pumping over, followed by de-stemming and pressing in vertical basket presses. This is followed by 12 months in second- and third-use 500 L French oak barrels.

Food Match: Beef Carpaccio, charcuterie, grilled red meats, roasted peppers and aubergine-based dishes.
Bressano Chardonnay
Blend: 100% Chardonnay
Location: Gualtallary, El Peral & Vista Flores, Uco Valley, Mendoza
Altitude: 990-1,350 m.a.s.l
Alcohol: 14% ABV
Tasting Note: Intense greenish yellow colour. Its aromas are reminiscent of ripe white fruits, with citrus and spicy notes such as thyme and ginger, intertwined with hints of vanilla, toasted almonds and caramel, contributed by fermentation and ageing in French oak. On the palate it has a sweet, unctuous, oily impact, refreshed by a marked acidity, which makes it long and persistent.
Vinification: Manual harvesting in 300 kg plastic bins followed by direct pressing of the bunches in pneumatic presses. Natural static clarification of the must at low temperature. Fermentation in 100% French oak barrels, with light to medium toasting. 40% new oak and 60% second, third and fourth use oak. Batonnage once a week during alcoholic fermentation. No malolactic fermentation.
