Tasting Note: Cherries, wild berries and a note of cinnamon smoke all appear on the alluring and inviting nose of this Pinot Noir. The palate is elegant and has just a touch of weight, fine smoky tannins, dark cherries covered in chocolate and vanilla ice cream can all be found in this superbly crafted wine.
Vinification: The wine is in contact with American oak for 4 months.

Single Vineyard Agrelo Lauren Cabernet Franc
Blend: 100% Cabernet Franc
Location: Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza
Altitude: 918 M.A.S.L.
Alcohol: 14% ABV
Tasting Note: Bright purple colour with red hues; profound varietal expression on the nose with rich red and black fruits alongside capsicum; smooth, balanced and rich on the palate, with expansive flavours complemented by tobacco and spice. Powerful and structured but all in balance.
Vinification: Hand harvest, clusters were taken to the winery for further exacting selection of only the best quality grapes. Pre-fermentation cold maceration followed by fermentation in concrete vats. Gentle manual extraction to preserve the most delicate aromas and flavours of the Cabernet Franc grape. Aging in new and second use French oak barrels for 12 months.

Hermandad Fausto Malbec

Tasting Note: A full bodied, rich malbec offering deliciously ripe black fruit flavours such as blackberries, blueberries and black cherry veiled in violet aromas with black pepper and hints of rosemary; full-bodied and seductive with great texture and velvety tannins on the palate, and a long finish
Vinification: Grapes sourced from old vines in Vista Flores. Cold maceration for 72 hours in stainless steel, followed by fermentation for a maximum of 24 days not exceeding a temperature of 28°C. Full malolactic fermentation. Aging takes placed in 70% new French & American oak barrels for 12-14 months

Alma Gemela White Field Blend
Blend: 40% Marsanne, 40% Roussanne, 20% Chardonnay

Tasting Note: A blend of Marsanne, Roussanne & Chardonnay that offers striking aromas of floral and citrus notes layered with hints of white fruit and subtle vanilla. Medium bodied & texturally complex with a fresh and elegant finish.
Vinification: Co-fermentation of the three grapes in stainless steel tank at low temperature with native yeasts. Partial Malolactic Fermentation. Ageing 10 months in French oak barrels. 20% new – 80% in 3rd and 4th use.
