The nose is fresh with lime and lemon notes. Blend<\/strong>: 100% Friulano\r\n\r\nLocation<\/strong>: IG Los Chacayes, Uco Valley, Mendoza\r\n\r\nAltitude<\/strong>: 1,100 M.A.S.L.\r\n\r\nAlcohol<\/strong>: 13%\r\n\r\nTasting Note<\/strong>: Fresh aromas of lime and herbs on the nose with nut kernel; a creamy and textural palate which shows lovely refreshment and complexity and a touch of oak on the finish.\r\n\r\nVinification<\/strong>: Hand harvest. Direct pressing, without the use of pumps, natural clarification of the must by cold settling. Fermentation 70% in stainless steel tanks and 30% in 2nd use wine barrels, at low temperature (14 to 17 oC) with selected yeasts. Concentrated yet very soft palate with blueberry & blackberry aromas. A delicate structure with velvety tannins and a long and harmonious finish.\r\n\r\nVinification<\/strong>: After a cold maceration of 5 days at 10\u00baC, fermentation starts with indigenous yeasts taking about 7 days. Blend<\/strong>: 70% Malbec, 30% C\u00f4t\r\n\r\nLocation<\/strong>: IG Los Chacayes, Uco Valley, Mendoza\r\n\r\nAltitude<\/strong>: 1,100 M.A.S.L.\r\n\r\nAlcohol<\/strong>: 13% ABV\r\n\r\nTasting Note<\/strong>: Intense deep cherry colour with violet rim. The C\u00f4t component on the nose brings great freshness, aromas of black and red berried fruits and a note of violets very particular of Los Chacayes. Soft and elegant tannins on the palate are allied to a great core of concentrated fruit, all in perfect balance.\r\n\r\nVinification<\/strong>: Manual sorting of bunches and berries. Fermentation begins immediately in concrete eggs with selected yeasts to avoid oxidation. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place within 25 days, with very gentle pumpovers the first week. Once the fermentation is finished, the wine is racked and pressed, always privileging the freshness and fruit over the extraction.
