Blend: 100% Malbec Location: Cafayate Valley, Salta Altitude: 1,730m M.A.S.L. Alcohol: 14.5% ABV Tasting Note: Fresh plums, violets, blueberry, crushed-stone and mineral aromas on the nose lead to a fresh and brightly fruited, full-bodied palate with firm, silky tannins. Vinification: Picking must be carefully managed in the extreme conditions of Cafayete in order to retain the proper balance and freshness for a high-altitude Malbec. Fermentation temperatures and skin contact maceration are also reduced in this regard. 50% of the wine ages in French oak barrels for 12 months, the rest remains in concrete vats. Alcohol: 13.5% ABV Tasting Note: Vibrant violet colour with an intense aroma of plums, raspberries, black fruits and blackberries. Subtle floral notes, with strawberry and violet. In the mouth it has earthy, mineral notes with a medium structure, balanced with soft tannins. Vinification: 14 day, traditional temperature controlled fermentaion at 26-28ºC. 20% of the wine is then aged for 9 months in French oak barrels. Piedra Negra Santa Celina Organic Malbec

Blend: 100% Malbec Location: IG Los Chacayes, Uco Valley, Mendoza Altitude: 1,100 m.a.s.l. Alcohol: 13.5% ABV Tasting Note: Violet inflected dark-berried fruits dominate, with slight touches of black pepper. Concentrated on the palate with notable depth of fruit giving volume. It is well structured, and the tannins are soft and harmonious. Long finish with notes of coffee. Vinification: After a cold maceration of 5 days at 10°C, the fermentation starts with indigenous yeasts, taking about 7 days. Once finished, the wine is separated from its skins and then goes to the press. A proportion of the wine is then aged for 2 years in French oak barrels. Vegetarian: Yes Vegan: Yes Food Match: Grilled red meats, carpaccio, paëlla, Iberico ham, red pepper stuffed with cheese.

On the palate, well-balanced acidity, ripe and velvety tannins followed by a long, well-rounded finish. Vinification: Hand-harvesting is followed by destemming and maceration. Fermentation with selected yeasts at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks is followed by pressing and natural malolactic fermentation. Blend: 100% Malbec Location: Calchaqui Valley, Salta Altitude: 1,800 m.a.s.l Alcohol: 13.8% ABV Tasting Note: Deep red with bright ruby hues. Ripe black fruits, blackberries and prunes on the nose, with notes of sweet tomato, lavender, caramel and cocoa. Spicy on the palate, with good structure and acidity leading to a velvety finish. Vinification: The grapes are harvested early in the morning to arrive fresh for slow fermentation with native yeasts. Once pressed, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. After 6 months of lees contact, the wine is racked and soft fining is carried out prior to bottling. Vegetarian: Yes Vegan: Yes Food Match: Ideal with roasted beef joints. Great with roasted Mediterranean vegetables such as aubergine and bell pepper.
